One canonical policy set
Public pages and the account acceptance gate read the same versioned policy catalog and SHA-256 digests. A binding change creates a new bundle instead of rewriting an earlier acceptance record.
- English is the controlling language for this global open beta.
- The minimum account age is 18.
- FactNot does not use non-essential tracking during this beta.

Choose the right route
Factual challenges, product bugs, privacy rights, copyright notices, and safety reports are separate workflows.
- Use the challenge control on content for factual accuracy.
- Use /privacy/request for personal-data rights.
- Use /safety/report for illegal content or abuse, and follow /legal/copyright for copyright notices.
