A fact should be short enough to verify and specific enough to reuse. In the product, facts can carry sources, subjects, authors, completed verification summaries, and review signals.
- Write one claim per fact when possible.
- Link facts to people and entities so related material can be rediscovered.
- Use views when a topic needs repeated scanning.

Subjects keep context reusable
People and entities prevent the same name from becoming scattered text. Once linked, the workspace can surface related facts and profile pages around that subject.
- People represent named individuals.
- Entities represent organizations, places, products, systems, or other durable subjects.
- Subject links make future review and navigation faster.

The evidence trail stays inspectable
A reusable answer should retain the public citation, assessment status, checked date, methodology version, and correction route that explain how it was reached.
- A citation link does not expose a private saved source body.
- Only a completed verification run can supply the public assessment score.
- Public-by-link and search-discoverable are separate publishing decisions.
